Job Description

We are excited to welcome a skilled and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to our team. This position requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, Google AdWords, video marketing, content creation, and LinkedIn marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that yield measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to boost organic search rankings.

3. Plan, create, and oversee Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.

4. Produce engaging video content for digital platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and social media to increase brand awareness and engagement.

5. Craft high-quality written content including blog posts and articles to attract our target audience and drive website traffic.

6. Execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to expand our professional network and generate leads.

7. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.

8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

10. Identify new opportunities to leverage digital channels for marketing and promotion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record of success.

3. Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, video marketing, content creation, and LinkedIn marketing.

4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for industry trends.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

8. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
